This scene was taken during a short break to Prague. I tried to capture some of the colour of the city and using watercolour, added as many variations as I could to paint the bridge and reflections.

I grew up in the heart of the English countryside and where I was inspired by the natural environment. Although I prefer using traditional materials, I sometimes like to transform the ordinary by adding colour or, changing the setting to make an appealing image. The galleries contain a large collection of subjects and media including pencil, delicate watercolours, digital and bright oil paintings.
